Faire
Meg's
long-time show horse and foundation broodmare is Savoir Faire.
She is by Aslan, a Danish Oldenburg (www.lostridgefarm.com),
and out of a TB mare.
Born
in 1994 and bred by Dr. Melyni Worth, Savvy was bought by Meg
as a yearling. Meg has done all of her training, and the two have
been showing together very successfully in dressage and hunters
for the last 10 years. Savvy is approved for breeding with the
AWS and RHPSI registries.
Her first foal was
a bay gelding by Shine (click here to view Shine)
(www.oldeoaksfarm.com)
named Time To Shine (Tyler), born in May,
2005. Tyler is slated to be Meg's next hunter, starting in the
spring of 2008, while Savvy stays home on maternity duty. She
had a foal by Westporte (www.countrylanewarmbloods.com)
in April 2008.
